Shades4Seasons was first launched in June 2021 by founders Dacy Watts and Stephen Watson. Initially we launched Shades4Seasons to sell Dacy's bespoke homemade lampshades which was an interesting learning exercise in e-Commerce especially when we had to personally drive to North Wales to deliver an oversized lampshade that was too large to send in the post!
Gradually we started adding further product lines to our store from carefully curated wholesale providers and today we have over 2,000 products from approximately two dozen different wholesale providers.
Dacy still continues to make bespoke lampshades on request whilst Stephen looks after the day to day operation of the store as well as the social media marketing leaning on his "day job" skills as a copywriter.
As well as our love of home decor (and e-Commerce!) we have a range of interests including travel, good food (Dacy is an expert cook), reading and looking after our garden which keeps us fully occupied.
